A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

Greetings! So let me tell you a little bit about myself and what my mission is. I'm just a girl from a small town in the country. I was born in Chicago Illinois and raised at my dad's ranch in Texas. I moved to Los Angeles CA in 2010 in search of making some changes and explore the limitless opportunities. Long story short I'm working from home now like most people are due to the change of our economy. I know people are struggling. Trust me I feel you. I had a vision that needs to be full filled and this is how FindersPage came into fruition. It was designed for my users to create legit free listings.  Especially for small business owners during these times of crises. FindersPage gives back by helping you save money. So if you are working from the comfort of your home, business residents, or mobile; FindersPage will be happy to help get the leads you need.

As you may know I will relaunch a new and improved platform in the next few months with an app. Meanwhile get the feel of it, post your free ads now, and search for what you are looking for.

"Find it on FindersPage!"

AVOIDING SCAMS AND FRAUDS

Deal locally, face-to-face only! Never send a payment before hand! ONLY PAY IN PERSON!

Check reviews and ask for references. It always helps to ask.

  • Do not provide payment to anyone you have not met in person ever!

  • Never wire funds - anyone who asks you to is a scammer.

  • Don't accept cashier/certified checks or money orders - banks cash fakes, then hold you responsible.

  • Transactions are between users only, no third party provides a "guarantee".

  • Never give out financial info (bank account, social security, etc...)

  • Do not rent or purchase sight-unseen—that amazing "deal" may not exist.

  • Refuse background/credit checks until you have met landlord/employer in person.

RECOGNIZING SCAMS

Most scams attempts involve one or more of the following:

Someone that is not local to your area. Western Union, Money Gram, cashier check, money order, Inability or refusal to meet face-to-face to complete the transaction.

WHO SHOULD I REPORT TO ABOUT FRAUD OR SCAM ATTEMPTS?
