Executive Assistant – Global Property Management

About The Role

As the CBRE Global Property Management Executive Assistant, you will gain exposure to a broad range of senior leaders and business functions to take your career to the next level. We are looking for a driven, positive, and proactive individual to support the Advisory and Property Management team in an executive administrative and project coordination capacity, with room for growth into the operational areas of the company.


The purpose of this position is to provide a wide range of business operations, administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature to leadership. This position will consist of:


    50% Executive Administration Support

    30% Project Management

    20% PowerPoint and Document Creation


This role enables success by helping to anticipate, articulate, and implement across a fast-paced and agile organization – with interactions broadly across the firm and with important external business partners.


Location: Onsite in New York, NY USA.


What You'll Do

    Plan, coordinate, and support meetings with strong emphasis on calendar management.

    Arrange domestic and international travel.

    Create PowerPoint presentations using company templates, including charts, tables, maps, organization charts, and workflows.

    Perform independent research and prepare information for special projects.

    Review incoming correspondence and determine appropriate action required.

    Draft confidential correspondence, edit documents, and transcribe meeting minutes.

    Support senior leadership recruiting efforts and onboarding.

    Act as liaison between executives, internal teams, clients, and visitors.

    Reconcile expense reports for leadership team members.

    Maintain and update databases; analyze and present data for reporting.

    Handle requests independently, determining appropriate actions and liaising between departments.

    Manage department record keeping and ensure compliance with company policies.


What You'll Need

    High School Diploma or GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.

    Strong knowledge of administrative processes and basic marketing/communications concepts.

    Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.

    Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    Top-tier organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Advanced math skills including percentages, discounts, and markups.
