Finders Policies

Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using Finders. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these policies and guidelines.

Welcome to Finders!

Finders main focus is to provide a platform that enables people to connect with each other. These Terms govern your use of Finders. We don't share your personal information with users (such as your name, email address or other contact information).

You can also go to your settings at any time to review the privacy choices you have about how we use your data.

You agree you're 18 years of age and older to join. And not to sell weapons, alcohol, animals, and recreational drugs.

Finders has a zero-tolerance policy for any sexual content, bullying, and harassment. If doing so, the user will be banned, and we do voluntarily cooperate with state and federal law enforcement agencies in connection with criminal investigations.

If you suspect anything, please contact us.

Users may not post content intended to provoke political, religious, or ideological conflict. Finders reserves the right to remove divisive content that disrupts the platform's positive community environment.

Bullying, Harassment & Abusive Behavior

Finders is a community built for connection, creativity, discovery, healing, and growth. We want every member to feel welcome and respected.

We Do Not Allow

Finders does not allow bullying, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual harassment, intimidation, or repeated unwanted targeting of another member.

This includes:

  1. Insulting, humiliating, or deliberately degrading another person.
  2. Repeatedly targeting someone through comments, posts, messages, or Live.
  3. Encouraging other users to harass or attack someone.
  4. Making credible threats of violence or harm.
  5. Posting another person’s private information without permission.
  6. Creating accounts for the purpose of attacking or harassing another member.
  7. Continuing unwanted contact after a member has made it clear they do not want further interaction.

Reporting

Members can report comments, posts, messages, profiles, or other content they believe violates these guidelines.

A report does not automatically mean an account will be removed. Finders may review the content, circumstances, severity, and previous violations before taking action.

Enforcement

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, Finders may:

  1. Remove violating content.
  2. Issue a warning.
  3. Temporarily restrict commenting, messaging, posting, or Live access.
  4. Temporarily suspend an account.
  5. Permanently remove an account.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal without a prior warning.

Ban Evasion

If an account has been permanently removed from Finders, creating or using another account to evade that removal is prohibited.

Finders may use appropriate account, device, network, and security information to identify potential attempts to circumvent enforcement. Accounts believed to be associated with ban evasion may be restricted or reviewed.

Appeals

Members who believe an enforcement decision was made incorrectly may be provided an opportunity to appeal.

Keep Finders Kind 💛

Disagreement is okay. Bullying is not.

Help us create a community where people can connect, create, share, and grow without being attacked or harassed.
